Lynn Clay is a National Gold medal winning runner and keen cyclist with a BSc in Sport Science, Post graduate Certificate in Nutritional Medicine and 10 years experience in the Nutrition Industry. She currently writes for UK fitness and sports magazines and works as a Nutrition Consultant in the UK and abroad advising fitness professionals, health care specialists, athletes and sports teams on diet and exercise. You can see some of her work in ‘Running Fitness’, ‘Cycling Weekly’ , ‘Sport Magazine’, ‘Health & Fitness for Cyclists’, ‘Womens Running’, ‘Womens Fitness’, ‘Sport Women’ and ‘Go Healthy’. Her work has also appeared in ‘The Times’ Raconteur on Running supplement and you may have seen her offering exercise and nutritional advice on ‘Wedding TV’ too.
